低透气性薄煤层瓦斯治理工程实践

The Practice of Gas Control Engineering in Low Permeability Thin Seam

摘要: 基于低透气性薄煤层瓦斯治理工程实践,朱家店煤矿通过引进先进技术力量、构建瓦斯治理技术体系、加大瓦斯治理工程投入,采用本煤层、高位钻孔、下向钻孔、上隅角抽采以及采空区埋管抽采的瓦斯综合治理方法,对各种抽采方法进行抽采效果分析,确定各种抽采方法的特征以及钻孔布置参数,明确薄煤层开采过程中邻近层瓦斯治理是关键,从而使瓦斯抽采量占到整个工作面瓦斯涌出量的70%以上,瓦斯抽放泵站浓度保持在21%~25%,工作面瓦斯浓度降低到0.35%以下,有力保障了矿井的安全生产。

Abstract: Based on the practice of gas control engineering in low permeability thin seam, according to the introduction of advanced technology, to build the technology system of gas control and increasing the investigation of gas control engineering, and using the coal seam, high drilling, down drilling, on the corner drainage pipe and drainage of goaf comprehensive gas control method for a variety of extraction methods drainage effect analysis, to determine the characteristics of the various extraction methods and drilling layout parameters. Gas control in adjacent layers is key in the mining process of thin seam, so that gas extraction accounted for more than the entire face amount of 70% of gas emission, gas drainage pumping station concentration is maintained at 21 to 25 percent, the methane concentration workface is reduced to 0.35% or less, a strong guarantee for the safe production of the mine.
